Let's see, what's new?

Cut out the two base pieces for the yo-yo today and sanded them down. Currently trying to figure out how to do the raised black part because it seems to change in every picture I look at.

Had to play through the Ankohl Ruins -twice- because I stupidly resetted the game during my battle with Poseidon because I was losing. I thought I had saved it right before the boss battle but I didn't. :D At least I got through everything twice as fast the second time around. It was still a huge waste of time though.

The CosplayLab photos went up today, I'd like to think that I don't look completely terrible in them. Reminds me of how unpoofy my hair is and how I'm missing the ribbons in my hair and how messy the general costume is, though. At least I have enough fabric to remake the cloak without having to run out to get more, and a bit of contact paper left. I should get my parents to take me to Home Depot to get more contact paper though, and some insulation foam.

Prop progress is at a standstill because a lack of glue and strengthening material, as well as good (CONSISTENT) reference pics. Will go to Michaels some time this week too. I should be getting money from Jenna by the end of this week, so I'll be able to pick up fabric for Eureka and maybe some new stuff for Anise too.

Ordering wigs for Simon and Eureka at the end of this week, probably.

I'm extremely tempted to make Rena's white dress. D: I'm just afraid that I won't be able to get a wig for it, the dress is easy enough to make. But if I do Rena, I'll end up wanting to do Satoko and Mion and and...

Happy Christmas Eve, guys. It doesn't feel like Christmas at all, does it?

fgsfds people are coming over tomorrow. I didn't get any animu watching done today, so I'll have a Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai run tomorrow. I'll just watch Eureka Seven after I'm done with Higurashi.
